New Technology

In the future new techonology in the future might improve the ability to detect cholesteatoma with chemical imaging. The new system is going to be tested in a medical centre with a larger population. More information is available from SPIE – the International Society for Optics and Photonics.


Projects

Oncolytic Virus for Cholesteatoma – This project proposes to develop an oncolytic herpes simplex virus (oHSV) that expresses human tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 3 (TIMP3), for treatment of cholesteatomas (CHSTs).
